OREANDA-NEWS. September 17, 2015. RusRating has cancelled the credit rating of MYDINAMI FINANCE LIMITED (Cyprus) following expiration of its rating contract.

The rating was "BB+" on the international scale and "A-" on the national scale, in both cases with a stable outlook.

About the Company

MYDINAMI FINANCE LIMITED (previously known as AVOCA TRADING LIMITED) is an investment company registered in Cyprus whose assets consist mainly of shares in the private investment fund Credit Prive Private Strategy Investment Fund Limited, in which it holds a 34.6% stake. The fund is registered in Saint Lucia and carries out direct investments in CIS countries.

Shares in the Credit Prive fund account for the bulk of assets, while most liabilities take the form of capital; external funding is relatively modest. Operations are consistently profitable. Revenues consist mainly of cash flow generated by the Credit Prive fund plus interest income. The return on investor capital is judged low. Liquidity is sufficient. Risk sensitivity is moderate.
