OREANDA-NEWS. PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that Sberbank CIB has arranged an 11-year revolving credit facility in the amount of RUB 40 bn for RusHydro. The General agreement has been signed on September 11, 2015.

The agreement allows RusHydro to secure credit facilities in the shortest period of time on the best possible terms in case the Company requires credit resources and provided that the Bank offers the most favorable financing. The facility may be used to finance the Company’s current operating and investment activities.

Sergey Kirov, Management Board member, Deputy General Director of RusHydro, commented: “RusHydro is focused on cooperation with the leading Russian banks and has reasonable financial policy. Credit facility arranged by Sberbank is a part of this strategy. The Company and Sberbank have already executed several successful transactions. I am sure that in cooperation with our reliable financial partner RusHydro will implement a number of major projects.”
