Moldovan government designates representatives to parliament, top court
OREANDA-NEWS. The cabinet of ministers today voted a decision on designation of government representatives to the parliament and Constitutional Court (CC).
The decision provides for the appointment of Deputy Justice Minister Nicolae Esanu as government representative in the parliament and alternate member at the Constitutional Court. The same document stipulates that Deputy Justice Minister Eduard Serbenco will be the government representative in the Constitutional Court and alternate member in the parliament.
Also today, the cabinet updated the nominal composition of more governmental commissions, due to re-establishment of the post of deputy prime minister for social issues after the Strelet government had been sworn in office, and appointment of new ministers and deputy ministers.
Thus, new members of those 12 government commissions were designated, who will discuss issues related to humanitarian aid, protection of children's rights, people with disabilities, problems of participants in armed conflicts, gender equality, items on residents and development, extraordinary problems of the public health, the ones of tobacco control sector and other aspects regarding the social area.
