OREANDA-NEWS. Kcell JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following information statement:

"...By the resolution of the Suzak district court of the South Kazakhstan region No.3- 185/2015 of July 28, 2015 Kcell JSC was imposed an administrative penalty in the form of a fine of 500 (five hundred) monthly calculation indices, which is KZT991,000 (nine hundred ninety one thousand) for committing an administrative offense under Article 463 part 2 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offences. This resolution entered into force on September 10, 2015".
