Insurance company "Alliance Policy" JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that on September 9, 2015 the general meeting of its shareholders took a decision "to early terminate powers of member of Board of Directors, independent director Shynar Elubaeva as of September 9, 2015".
