During the integration period, PJSC Aeroflot, with the support of the Federal Agency for Air Transport (RosAviation), will ensure that all obligations to ticketed Transaero passengers are met in full.

Transaero continues to sell tickets, and all passengers with tickets will be transported to their destinations.

Passengers wishing to cancel their flights may return their tickets at the place of sale without any penalties.
