OREANDA-NEWS. National Rating Agency has assigned its national scale ‘A’ credit rating to AK BARS Stroy LLC. Given the company’s basic business model, its rating is included in the “Holding and Financial Companies” section of agency’s rating list.

In June 2014, AK BARS Story was assigned NRA’s national scale ‘A’ credit rating, which fell in the “Enterprises” section of the rating list. In July 2015, the credit rating was withdrawn due to expiry of the rating contract.

The rating is supported by the positive trends in the company’s financial performance in 2014, with assets growing more than two-fold, equity expanding by 36%, revenue increasing by 43.9%, and EBITDA demonstrating a multi-fold growth. This was due to a considerable business expansion and substantial funding in the form commercial banks’ loans. This year, the positive dynamics is still there, but the pace of improvement has slowed considerably.
