Bank Kassa Nova JSC (Astana, hereinafter – the Bank), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that by a Resolution of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 25, 2015 the Bank was brought to administrative responsibility for "an administrative offense expressed in committing of acts referred to in part 3 of article 243 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Administrative Offences".
