Bank of Astana JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE "of changes in the composition of the Board of Directors of the Issuer, namely termination of powers of Y. Shakibayeva as a member of the Board of Directors of the Issuer on September 3, 2015".
