OREANDA-NEWS. September 04, 2015. During the first two weeks of the "For life!" campaign, which is raising funds to help children with oncological diseases, PrivatBank customers donated a record sum of UAH 822 thousand. The charity fund "To help - it’s easy!", one of the campaign’s organisers, initiated the fundraising to purchase equipment needed to diagnose and treat oncohematological and oncological diseases of young patients of Kyiv regional oncologic dispensary, the department of oncohematology at Dnipropetrovsk Regional Children’s Clinical Hospital and Mykolaiv Regional Children's Hospital.

"A lot of children in Ukraine need expensive treatment to fight terrible diseases. Chances of recovery significantly increase in case a disease is detected at an early stage and promptly cured, - says Anna Pavlova, PrivatBank’s Head of the "Charity" project. She added, "We believe that the equipment which we are going to buy with the help of this campaign will help to save the lives of children throughout Ukraine".

Anyone, including PrivatBank customers, can join the charity campaign. You can contribute to the "For life!" campaign in a minute on the website blago.pb.ua, via the e-payment system Privat24 or any PrivatBank ATM all over the country. All transferred funds will reach the recipient. Anyone who donates money receives a report on how the money was used by e-mail or SMS.
