OREANDA-NEWS. September 04, 2015. In September FUIB will replace signboards on 38 branches of "Renaissance Credit" bank. Replacement of signboards takes place within the final stage of the operational merger of banks.

There will become more bank branches in regional centers, for example, in Vinnytsia and Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv and Lviv, Kharkiv and Odessa. In 14 cities of Ukraine FUIB will appear for the first time – in Nikopol, Oleksandriia, Pryluky, Chervonohrad, Uman, Kamianets-Podilskyi, etc. Also FUIB signboard will appear for the first time in the Zakarpattia region: in Mukacheve and Uzhhorod.

"The amalgamation of the network provides the bank with representation in all regions of Ukraine, expands geography of presence to cities with the population of 50 thousand inhabitants. This strengthens our positions in the mass segment of individual clients, small and micro businesses," commented Serhiy Chernenko, Chairman of the Board of PJSC FUIB.

In the new branches of the joint network, First Ukrainian brings visual identification of the brand to uniform standards, including signboard, interior elements, appearance of employees, placement of advertising materials. In addition, in the former branches of "Renaissance Credit" zones of Internet banking "PUMB online" will appear for remote account management, as well as ATMs.

Let us recall that legal merger took place in March 2015, when FUIB became the legal successor of all rights and obligations of JSC "Renaissance Capital Bank". Total number of working branches of FUIB joint network now equals 157. According to the NBU, FUIB is in the top 3 banks, which opened the largest number of branches in January-July 2015. The bank is one of the few in the financial market that now continue to develop their networks.
