OREANDA-NEWS. September 04, 2015. National Rating Agency has assigned its first-time risk management quality rating of ‘PM3' to Nitrokhimprom LLC.

The company pays proper attention to risk management. The enterprise risk management (ERM) system corresponds to Nitrokhimprom’s business profile and specifics and its growth prospects. Nitrokhimprom has a risk management function, which maintains a risk map and establishes / updates risk management policies that aim to identify and control the company’s risks. The existing EPM system is largely integrated into the company’s business processes. The company has collective decision-making bodies, and a clear division of responsibilities is evident.

Offsetting these strengths is that being a fast-growing company, Nitrokhimprom faces certain operational risks associated with its quickly expanding staff. Additionally, some of the company’s ERM system functions are yet to be realized.
