OREANDA-NEWS. September 04, 2015. A survey, conducted by the analytic agency "AUTOSTAT" in conjunction with the online service Blamper.ru, showed that the level of satisfaction with service in independent service station is higher than at authorized dealers. The average satisfaction score that was set for authorized dealers in a survey of 1,500 respondents was 7.0 on a 10-point scale. At the same time, independent service station received an average rating of 7.7 points.

Customers appreciated most of all in independent service stations the speed of work (8.1). The assessment of the quality of work was slightly below than average (7.6), as well as the technical competence of personnel (7.5). The difference in these criteria with the authorized dealers in amount of 0.5-1 points, of course, in favor of independent service stations.

But concerning the level of satisfaction with the cost of the work, the difference between officials and independent services was even much more. Independent service stations received on this criterion the average assessment in amount of 7.4 points, and the official dealers - only 5.6 during the warranty period and 6.0 in the post-warranty period.

The conclusions suggest themselves. For example, one of the respondents in the open question wrote: "The level of competence of our authorized dealers raises many questions, terms are approximately two times longer, and the price is 1.5-2 times higher than in a small service station next to the house. If there is no guarantee that "like a collar around the neck", I would no longer visit the official dealer after the purchase of the car.
