OREANDA-NEWS. National Rating Agency has assigned its 'AAA' reliability rating to European Pension Fund JSC. This is the first time that the Fund is rated by NRA.

The rating reflects the Fund's accession to the national pension accumulations insurance framework in January 2015, the substantial increase in its pension assets during the 2013-14 transitional period, and its strong shareholders. The rating also recognizes the Fund's solid performance, which allowed it to make healthy returns for its clients in 2014.

NRA notes that the Fund's risks are mitigated by its well designed operating standards and efficient business processes.

Partially offsetting these strengths is the poor diversification of invested pension assets by asset manager.
