- The lawsuit filed on August 18, 2015 in the Specialized Inter-district Economic Court of Almaty by Dalina Tour SP, received by the Company on August 27, 2015 on insurance case recognition and recovery of insurance payments, as well as costs incurred in the total amount of KZT2,480,120

- The lawsuit filed on August 19, 2015 in the Specialized Inter-district Economic Court of Almaty by Travel HLB Tee LLP received by the Company on August 27, 2015 on recognition of illegal failure to make insurance payments and recovery of the sum insured, as well as costs incurred in the total amount of KZT4,044,436.

- The lawsuit filed on August 19, 2015 in the Specialized Inter-district Economic Court of Almaty by Travel Agency Poyedem LLP, received by the Company on August 27, 2015 on recognition of illegal failure to make insurance payments and recovery of the sum insured, as well as costs incurred in the total amount of KZT2,337,439.

- The lawsuit filed on August 19, 2015 in the Specialized Inter-district Economic Court of Almaty by HT Tourism Almaty LLP, received by the Company on August 27, 2015 on recognition of illegal failure to make insurance payments and recovery of the sum insured, as well as costs incurred in the total amount of KZT2,258,927.

- The lawsuit filed on August 21, 2015 in the Specialized Inter-district Economic Court of Almaty by AYDANA Tour LLP, received by the Company on August 27, 2015 on recognition of illegal failure to make insurance payments and recovery of the sum insured, as well as costs incurred in the total amount of KZT1,476,445.
