OREANDA-NEWS. VTB Bank has issued a 600 million rouble loan for five years to the Omsk Region’s biggest fuel dealer – Upravleniye AZS. The loan will go towards current operations and expanding its Top Line chain of petrol stations.

“In building partnerships, we are focused on reliability and establishing long-term joint plans. I am confident that this loan will enable Upravleniye AZS both to expand its network of petrol stations in the long term and maintain the high quality of its services,” Deputy President and Chairman of VTB Bank Management Board Mikhail Oseevskiy said.
