OREANDA-NEWS. The head office of Sberbank hosted a meeting of the Committee for relations with the bank's minority shareholders.

Alexander Morozov, Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of Sberbank, presented Sberbank Group's financial results (according to IFRS) for H1 2015 at the meeting. Larisa Zalomikhina, Head of Compliance at Sberbank, also spoke at the meeting, giving a presentation on "Preventing Corruption and Managing Conflicts of Interest".

Sberbank's Committee for Minority Shareholders Relations was founded in order to help create a system at the bank aimed at supporting effective communication with its minority shareholders. The committee is an advisory and consultative body.
