Bank of Astana imposed administrative sanction
OREANDA-NEWS. Bank of Astana JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of an administrative sanction imposed on it by a resolution of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 27, 2015:

... in form of penalty of KZT1,189,200 for a violation stipulated by part 3 of article 263 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code of July 5, 2014 (failure to provide, as well as multiple (two or more times within twelve consecutive calendar months) untimely provision by banks, founders (shareholders) of the bank and (or) its affiliated parties, as well as banking holdings and persons having features of a major participant of a bank, bank holding, organizations carrying out particular types of banking transactions, data or other requested information, committed repeatedly with a year after imposing of an administrative sanction)".
