There are 20 stocks, each with more than S\\$1billion in market value, listed on SGX, that have a policy of paying quarterly dividends, meaning they have a track record of distributing dividends to shareholders or unitholders every three months. Hence, if a stock were to maintain an 8% dividend yield, this would comprise four distributions over the course of the year. Each quarterly distribution would not necessarily be 2%, as distributions would depend on quarterly financials and financial year objectives.

These 20 stocks have a combined market capitalisation of S\\$55.6 billion and maintain an average indicative dividend yield of 6.1%.  Over the past 12 months, they have averaged negative dividend-boosted returns of 5.9%, which brought their average three-year returns to 29.9.0%.
