SORAINEN is advising BaltCap Private Equity Fund II, managed by BaltCap, a leading private equity and venture capital investor in the Baltic States, in acquiring property manager BPT Real Estate, a company which provides services in the Baltic States and Poland, from Northern Horizon Capital.

BPT Real Estate is a leading property management company in the region. Its team of 80 professionals manages over 150 properties with total area amounting to 1 million m2 and over 1000 tenants. The majority of the properties managed by BPT Real Estate are located in the Baltic States plus BPT manages several properties in Poland in addition.

The transaction is subject to approval by Lithuanian competition authorities and is expected to close in September 2015. SORAINEN is advising BaltCap in all phases of the transaction, including legal due diligence, negotiations and merger clearance.
