OREANDA-NEWS. KAMAZ canceled the day of downtime on August 28th when it became known about the attraction in August of new orders in the order of 200 trucks by KAMAZ sellers. Earlier it was reported that during the last working week of the month KAMAZ must produce 600 heavy trucks, but only in August - more than 1,400 cars. Recall from August 9th to 23rd, the company held a traditional corporate holiday.

For the I half of 2015 KAMAZ sold in the Russian market 7697 trucks that was 52.7% by increasing compared to the same period of the last year. Nevertheless, the share of KAMAZ in the Russian market of trucks with GVW of 14-40 tonnes was 54.3%, an increase compared to the same period in 2014 by 11%.

Meanwhile, in a falling market of heavy trucks in Russia KAMAZ concentrated efforts to promote its products for export. The supply of vehicles to foreign countries increased - Vietnam, Ecuador, Peru, United States, Zimbabwe, Afghanistan, Algeria, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Lebanon, and Saudi Arabia. The main market in this segment was Vietnam - the deliveries of vehicles "KAMAZ" in the country were 260 units in the first half of 2015. This work permitted to increase the volume of exports to non-CIS countries 2.84-fold to 796 units. In general, for six months of 2015 the exports of motor vehicles "KAMAZ" were 2256 units, which is more by 2.6% than in the first half of 2014.
