OREANDA-NEWS. ISG has secured a 59 million pounds project to carry out a major office refurbishment opposite the criminal courts in London's Old Bailey for Blackstone. The scheme adds to ISG's portfolio of projects with the leading global asset manager, which includes the Adelphi Building and One American Square.

Starting in November 2015, a new fa?ade will transform the external appearance of the property at 20 Old Bailey, which will also be extended by two additional floors and comprehensively upgraded, with extensive structural alterations and internal remodelling, to provide circa 240,000 sq ft of high-specification office accommodation.
