OREANDA-NEWS. August 27, 2015. By its Order No. OD-2253, the Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint from 25 August 2015 a provisional administration to the insurance public joint-stock company Russian Insurance Centre (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 0159; location: 14 Presnensky Val Street, bldg. 3, Moscow, 123557; TIN 7730042285; PSRN 1027739054144; hereinafter, the Company).

The decision to appoint a provisional administration was taken due to the suspension of the Company’s insurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2014, dated 6 August 2015).

The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.

Evgeny Zhelnin (mailing address: 3A Olminskogo Proezd, office 401, Moscow, 129085), member of the non-profit partnership Self-Regulatory Organisation of Receivers of Fuel and Energy Complex (13/2 Novaya Basmannaya Street, bldg. 1, Moscow, 107078) has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration.
