quarter 2015 dividend of \\$0.25555555 per share on the company’s floating
rate non-cumulative preferred stock, Series A (NYSE: METPrA). The
dividend will be payable Sept. 15, 2015, to shareholders of record as of
Aug. 31, 2015.
