According to the results of the meeting the matters have been considered including the following: on approval of the Regulation on lease of immovable property of the Company in a new edition; on approval of transactions in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Company's Charter; on approval of the additional agreement to the labour contract with the general director of Shvabe - Devices JSC.
