OREANDA-NEWS. The presence meeting of the board of directors has been held in S.I.Vavilov State Optics Institute, Research and technological institute of optical material science, All-Russian Research Centre JSC, a Shvabe Holding's enterprise.

According to the results of the meeting a resolution has been adopted to approve the Regulation on lease in a new edition.
