OREANDA-NEWS. According to the preliminary data of the National Statistics Office of Georgia - GeoStat, in January-July 2015, foreign trade turnover of Georgia totaled USD 5 573 million (excluding spontaneous trade), by 14% less than in the same period of 2014.

Export in the reporting period totaled USD 1 269 million (by 24% less), import - USD 4305 million (by 11% less).

The negative trading balance of Georgia totaled USD 3 036 million, that made 54% of the total foreign trade turnover.
