OREANDA-NEWS. DIXY Group (MOEX: DIXY) - one of Russia's leading retailers of foods and everyday products - today announced retail revenue growth of 11.6% in Russian rubles in July 2015, and retail revenue growth of 21.4% in Russian rubles for the first seven months of 2015.

For the first seven months of 2015, DIXY Group retail revenue increased to RUR 152.7 bln (USD 2.7 bln) by 21.4% in RUR (decreased by 26.1% in USD) year-on-year.

In July 2015, DIXY Group retail revenue increased to RUR 22.1 bln (USD 386.8 mln) by 11.6% in RUR (decreased by 32.3% in USD) year-on-year.

Retail revenue of DIXY neighborhood stores increased to RUR 18.0 bln (USD 315.3 mln) by 12.5% in RUR (decreased by 31.7% in USD) year-on-year in July 2015.

Retail revenue of Victoria Division increased to RUR 2.6 bln (USD 45.6 mln) by 7.1% in RUR (decreased by 35.0% in USD) year-on-year in July 2015. The growth was driven mainly by retail revenue from Victoria supermarkets which demonstrated 7.3% year-on-year growth in RUR (а decrease of 34.9% in USD) and amounted to RUR 2.1 bln (USD 36.1 mln) in July 2015.

Retail revenue of Megamart Division increased to RUR 1.5 bln (USD 25.9 mln) by 8.3% in RUR (decreased by 34.3% in USD) year-on-year in July 2015. For the first seven months of 2015, the Company opened 314 stores net, including 43 store openings net in July 2015. As of July 31, 2015, the Group had 2,509 stores under operation, including 2,375 DIXY neighborhood stores, 98 Victoria stores, 1 CASH store, and 35 compact hypermarkets MegaMart and MiniMart. As of July 31, 2015, the Group increased its selling space by 26% year-on-year to 840,291 square meters.
