OREANDA-NEWS. LADA is the leader in the Russian market of used cars. By the results of July 138.9 thousand cars of this domestic brands have found their new owners (- 22% by July of 2014), according to the analytic agency "AUTOSTAT".

Among the foreign cars in July Toyota is a traditional leader: with 49.8 thousand sold units (by 21.0% less than the year before). The second place of rating of foreign cars is occupied by Nissan (-18%; 23,2 thousand units), the third place - Chevrolet (-14%, it was sold 18.1 thousand units). The top-five of leading brands in July was closed by Hyundai (-16%, 16,9 thousand units). Experts noted that the market volume of the first four brands of ranking (LADA, Toyota, Nissan, Chevrolet) was more than a half of all secondary market.

The market of used cars fell by 18.7% in July.
