OREANDA-NEWS. August 24, 2015.  The Bank of Russia revoked the licence to perform insurance broker activities of:

Insurance Broker Your Choice, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 4193) (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2222, dated 20 August 2015);

Insurance Broker EUROGARANT, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 4100) (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2221, dated 20 August 2015);

Insurance Brokerage House Slavyanskiy, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 4132) (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2227, dated 20 August 2015);

Insurance Broker Glavreserv, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 4292) (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2228, dated 20 August 2015);

Insurance Broker Insurance Coverage of Legal Defence, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 4319) (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2223, dated 20 August 2015).

This decisions are taken due to the failure by the insurance brokers to remedy the violations of insurance legislation, which served as a ground to suspend the licence to perform insurance broker activities, particularly the companies’ evasion from receiving the Bank of Russia’s instruction. The decision becomes effective the day it is published in the Bank of Russia Bulletin.
