Excitech's old spreadsheet-built process for generating quotes was inefficient and error-prone. Instead Excitech will use CPQ to generate quotes in a point-and-click fashion and automatically update the information in CRM. Customers will receive quotes in a standardized, and professional format, with automated follow-up processes to speed deals through to close.
