August 19, 2015.  The SE “Posta Moldovei” prepares a range of measures to deal with the large number of social benefits beneficiaries after the benefits payments transition from “Banca de Economii” and “Banca Social?” starting September 1, 2015.To this end, the software system of payment receipts was improved. Thus, one transaction shall take no longer than 1 minute compared with 3 minutes as it is nowadays. It will also be increased number of staff and counters in some post offices.

For the convenience of social benefits beneficiaries, it is planned to implement a system of queues management and optimization at post offices. Initially, the system will be tested at the post office MD-2012, and then extended in other post offices of Chisinau with a large number of clients. If needed, a special working schedule of post offices will be developed and implemented.

Also negotiations with the national companies are underway concerning premises rental for opening at least 10 new postal offices in Chisinau and Balti municipalities. At the same time, the application “Invoice” is tested, which will soon be accessible on both Android and IOS operating systems. Thus, the population will be able to pay utilities via mobile phone. The application “Invoice” shall generate on a mobile phone a special code that will allow a person to operatively pay bills at postal counters, in about 30 seconds.

If for some reasons the social benefits beneficiaries don’t receive money from the card of “Banca de Economii” until August 26, that amount will be automatically transferred to their account at the SE “Posta Moldova”.
