OREANDA-NEWS. By its Order No. OD-1948, dated 4 August 2015, the Bank of Russia took a decision to appoint a provisional administration to OMEGA Insurance Company, limited liability company (registration number in the unified state register of insurance agents is 3904; location: 473 70-letiya Oktyabrya Street, office 38, Togliatti, 445030 Samara Region; TIN 7702345947; PSRN 1037702009465, hereinafter, the Company), from 4 August 2015.

The decision to appoint a provisional administration was taken due to the suspension of the Company's insurance licence (Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1625, dated 9 July 2015).

The powers of the executive bodies of the Company are suspended.

Evgeniya V. Bulgakova (mailing address:19 Moskovskaya Street, Murom, 602252 Vladimir Region), member of the non-profit partnership Self-Regulatory Organisation of Receivers of the Central Federal District (3 Ostapovsky Proezd, bldg. 6, offices 201 and 208, Moscow, 109316) has been appointed as a head of the provisional administration.
