OREANDA-NEWS.  Tsesnabank JSC (Astana), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "based on resolution on imposing of administrative sanctions under cases on administrative violations of National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 4, 2015, for committing the administrative violation provided for in part 10 of article 213 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code (the Bank's failure to meet obligations on indicating interest rates in reliable, annual, effective, comparable calculation in agreements concluded with clients), the Bank was imposed an administrative sanction in form of a penalty to the amount of KZT297,300".
