National managing holding "KazAgro" JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of an official letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated August 4, 2015, according to which the National Bank approved the report on results of placement of bonds KZP01Y10E814 (KZ2C00002988, KASE official list, category "debt securities of entities from the quasi-state sector", KZAGb2) of National managing holding "KazAgro" JSC for the period from December 29, 2014 to June 29, 2015.

According to the letter provided, as of June 29, 2015 20,057,000 of the mentioned bonds were outstanding and 9,943,000 bonds remained unplaced.
