OREANDA-NEWS. National Rating Agency has affirmed its ‘AAA’ reliability rating on REGION Broker Company LLC (REGION BC). On Aug. 12, 2009, the company was assigned NRA’s reliability rating of ‘AA-’, which was updated each consecutive year and reached ‘AAA’ on July 1, 2014. 

The company maintains its leading market position and keeps expanding its customer base. The rating is underpinned by REGION BC’s strong corporate governance and risk management practices and support from the Group, whose core company is REGION IC. The company’s business processes are being improved to address arising business requirements and are well-automated. We note REGION BC’s strengthening position among the providers of placement services. 

The rating is constrained by the high market risks affecting the company’s financial performance, and modest equity adequacy level.
