OREANDA-NEWS. On August 09, 2015, passengers of Singapore Airlines were surprised at Moscow Domodedovo Airport. Due to the 50th anniversary of Singapore Independence each traveler received a souvenir from the carrier and a festive atmosphere was at the check-in area.

Taking into account the great importance of this holiday for the State of Singapore, the staff of DOMODEDOVE CATERING SERVICE has created a special design of the dishes presented to passengers of flights from Moscow (Domodedovo) to Singapore (Changi) and to Houston (George Bush Intercontinental) as well. The main motive of the festive menu was a symbol of the 50th anniversary of Singapore Independence Day.

Singapore Airlines and Moscow Domodedovo Airport become partners more than 9 years ago. The carrier operates flights from the largest air hub in Russia to Singapore and to Houston. Both directions are unique for the Moscow air hub.

Almost 1.3 million travelers took advantage of the joint service of Moscow Domodedovo Airport and the national Singapore carrier since the day of their cooperation.
