OREANDA-NEWS. PJSC Aeroflot, JSC Donavia and Russian Federal Tax Service have signed pricing agreement which is significant for Russian transportation business. For today it is the only agreement in the country between Russian Federal Tax Service and Russian transportation group.

The major purpose of agreement is providing the better transparency for pricing mechanism within the Group between PJSC Aeroflot and it's subsidiary JSC Donavia. The agreement will provide intensification of information exchange between Russian Federal Tax Service and Aeroflot Group of Companies. It is also aimed for accurate fulfillment of Russian Legislation for Tax and Charges enabling increasing the tax control efficiency eliminating pricing tax risks within the Group.

Signing of the above agreement is significant for transportation business as Aeroflot is the largest taxpayer providing more than half of all tax payments made by country's civil aviation. The agreement evidences high level of interaction with Russian State Authorities as business openness and transparency aimed on conformance to the best world practices in area of taxation and corporate management.

Aeroflot group of companies is the largest and the most dynamically developing aviation holding in Russia, the major project of country's aviation transport consolidation. In 2014 the airlines within Aeroflot Group of Companies has carried in total 34,7 million passengers.

Aeroflot Group together with Public JSC Aeroflot includes the following subsidiaries: Rossiya, Donavia, Orenburg Airlines, Aurora United Far Eastern Airlines and Pobeda which is Russia's only “classic” discounter airline.

Aeroflot Group strategic objective for 2025 is to be in Top 5 of European aviation carriers and in Top 20 of Global aviation carriers in regard of passenger turnover and revenue.

Aeroflot Group due to rating of AirTransportWorld, aviation business leading bulletin, is in Top 20 of Global aviation carries in regard of implemented passenger turnover (due to results for January—April 2015).
