OREANDA-NEWS. August 14, 2015. GPS Capital Markets, Inc. (www.gpsfx.com), a leading corporate foreign exchange brokerage firm, has added the most recent member to their London office.

John Stevens joined the ever-growing team as the Director of Sales and Trading and brought with him many years of FX experience.

Stevens began working in 2004 for Travelex selling CFX to SME sectors. Almost four years later, he went to Royal Bank of Canada where he started a corporate desk targeting small to mid-cap companies. From 2009-2014 he worked for Western Union Business Solutions in various roles, but later moved to INTL FC Stone as Head of Corporate FX.

"I decided my skills were better suited for G1 currencies and joined GPS," said Stevens. "I'm excited to be here in London and work with such an experienced team."

The GPS London office opened in 2012 and since that time has experienced great success. Prior to its opening, GPS already provided many global companies with strategic foreign exchange services. The opening of the office has allowed GPS to expand its clientele in the region and strengthen its strategic consulting and support. They expect even more growth and success in the future.
