Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) has been awarded the globally accredited Golden Peacock Award for its excellence in Occupational Health and Safety (GPOHSA) in the automotive sector. The award recognizes TKM’s hard work and commitment towards improving health and safety at work, which plays a crucial role for the employees.

The award, considered a benchmark in occupational health and safety, underlines the company’s endeavors to achieve overall excellence. Prior to this, TKM has also won the Golden Peacock Environment Management Award in 2010 for best practices in environmental management.

Expressing his gratitude for the award, Mr.Raju B Ketkale, SVP Manufacturing Toyota Kirloskar Motor said: "This achievement comes as an inspiration for us.
