Includion of the Prominvestbank into the sanctions lists

The information related to the inclusion of PSC Prominvestbank into the sanction lists doesn't affect the operating activities of the Bank.

Limitations are applied to the payment operations with physical and legal entities that conduct economic or any other activities in the Crimea .

The Bank , in accordance with the requirements of state agencies does not operate in the Crimea and does not have assets and clients in that region .

There are also borrowing restrictions on the international capital markets that PSC Prominvestbank does not carry out for more than a year.

PSC Prominvestbank has sufficient reserve of liquidity and fulfils all related standards set by NBU and keeps growing and developing .

De facto , PSC Prominvestbank has shown progress in a number of major business indices despite the set restrictions that indicates the growing level of trust among individuals and legal entities in Ukraine .

The Bank operates stably serving more than 500 000 clients .
PSC Prominvestbank is one of the 10 biggest banks in Ukraine in terms of deposits as of July 1, 2015 the volume of funds of clients constituted more than UAH 18 billion.

During the first half of 2015 PSC Prominvestbank, despite the difficult situation on the market and losses related to the need to form additional reserves, has shown operating income in UAH 636,4 million .

As of July 1, 2015 PSC Prominvestbank holds the 4 place in the amounts of assets among 133 operating banks of Ukraine.
