OREANDA-NEWS. Bank of Astana JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of an administrative sanction imposed on it by a resolution of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 4, 2015:

"... in form of penalty of KZT594,600 for a violation stipulated by article 263 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code of July 5, 2014 (violation of requirements of the banking legislation of Republic of Kazakhstan, namely securities market entities' failure to meet the information disclosure obligation as specified by the legislation of Republic of Kazakhstan and (or) internal documents of the Exchange, as well as provision of incomplete or unreliable information on its operations).
