OREANDA-NEWS. Bank of Astana JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the following:

"... data on the change in the composition of shareholders of the Issuer holding ten or more percent of voting shares (equities) of the listed company expressed in selling by the issuer's shareholder K. Rakishev of ordinary shares in the number of 2,362,792 pieces. Thus, currently the sole major shareholder of the Bank holding ten or more percent of voting shares of the Issuer is Olzhas Tokhtarov with a stake of 67.7096% (5,437,674 pieces of ordinary shares)".
