OREANDA-NEWS. The presence meeting of the board of directors has been held in Lytkarino Optical Glass Plant OJSC, a Shvabe Holding's enterprise.

According to the results of the meeting the matters have been considered relating, in particular, to approval of the Regulation on conduction of a tender for selecting auditing organizations in order to perform mandatory annual audit of the Company's accounting (financial) statements in new edition.
