OREANDA-NEWS. The presence beeting of the board of directors has been held in Zagorsk optical mechanical plant OJSC, a Shvabe Holding's enterprise.

According to the results of the meeting the meetings have been considered relating, in particular, to approval of the Regulation on conduction of the competition for selection of auditing organizations for carrying out annual audit of the Company's accounting (financial) statements in a new edition.
