Halyk-Kazakhinstrakh, Subsidiary Insurance Company of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan, JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that following a decision of its sole shareholder "on August 6, 2015 Omarkhan Tleugabylov was appointed a member of the Company's Board of Directors".
