OREANDA-NEWS. Shvabe Holding has registered its trademark in the Cyrillic script and by 7 classes of the International Classification of Goods and Services in the Republic of Estonia.

The given procedure provides the Holding with the unique rights to use their own trade mark throughout the country. All the products (more than 6,500 items) yielded under Shvabe brand name will be protected by the Estonian legislation, among which there are medical equipment, surveying instruments, light engineering, optical products and materials. Besides, Shvabe will be able to use the trademark during construction of various facilities, rendering of maintenance, educational and marketing services.

"Estonia is a young partner of Shvabe. A few years ago we had the first interaction in the field of geodesics - we supplied a batch of theodolites and geodetic levels to a customer. Currently, the specialists of the Holding work out different variants for cooperation with governmental and commercial organizations in the country in such areas as light engineering and medicine", said Anatoly Sludnykh, Deputy General Director of Shvabe JSC for Sales, Foreign Economic Activity and Marketing.

The International Trade Mark Registration is a reliable intellectual protection of the brand name in foreign countries where the Holding has its commercial interests.
