Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the city of Moscow, dated 22 July 2015, on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution Commercial Bank OPM-Bank, limited liability company (Bank of Russia Registration No. 2734, date of registration - 4 March 1994), and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law 'On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)', the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1993, dated 5 August 2015) to terminatefrom 6 August 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank OPM-Bank, limited liability company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1209, dated 1 June 2015, 'On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Moscow-based Credit Institution Commercial Bank OPM-Bank, limited liability company, or CB OPM-Bank LLC Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence'.
