OREANDA-NEWS. Due to the ruling of the Arbitration court of the Sverdlovsk Region, dated 27 July 2015, on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution Plato-Bank, limited liability company (Bank of Russia Registration No. 2071, date of registration - 9 September 1992), and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law 'On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)', the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-1996, dated 5 August 2015) to terminate from 6 August 2015 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Plato-Bank, limited liability company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1040, dated 13 May, 'On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to Manage the Yekaterinburg-based Credit Institution Plato-Bank, Limited Liability Company, or Plato-Bank LLC Due to the Revocation of Its Banking Licence'.
