Rob Jolliffe appointed Global Head of Sales
OREANDA-NEWS. Rob Jolliffe (54) is assuming responsibility for all sales activities of Deutsche Börse Group with immediate effect. In this newly created role, Rob will report as Managing Director directly to CEO Carsten Kengeter. The key task of the new Global Head of Sales is to enhance the existing Deutsche Börse client focus by fully integrating, and thereby fully leveraging, all products and services.
After obtaining a degree in Modern History from Keble College, Oxford, Rob has a long career in international investment banking. He has held senior positions at JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Royal Bank of Scotland and UBS, thereby gaining significant experience in fixed-income sales, origination and underwriting. Rob has largely been London based but has also worked in both Frankfurt and New York.
"Rob is joining us at the right time. With his international background and decades of experience on the customer side he is the right person to bring more agility and innovation to our sales efforts," said Carsten Kengeter, CEO of Deutsche Börse.
